- Results may not reflect all aspects of your infrastructure
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on diagnostic results
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information you provide
6. Case Study Access
Case studies and educational materials are provided for your internal business use. You agree:
- Not to redistribute, share, or publish case study content without permission
- To use case studies only for evaluating our services and improving your own infrastructure
- That case studies contain proprietary information and trade secrets
7. Consultation Services
If you engage us for consultation or professional services, separate service agreements will govern those engagements. These Terms apply to your use of our website and diagnostic tools, but do not create a professional services relationship unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Free consultations and audits are provided at our discretion and do not obligate us to provide ongoing services.
8. Disclaimers

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
